Centauri Minerals Projects Map
On October 24, 2025, Aldebaran announced the official launch of Centauri Minerals Inc. (Centauri), a new spin-out company formed to initially focus on exploration in Northern Argentina, with a portfolio of six exploration projects previously owned by Aldebaran Resources, spanning over 43,000 hectares located in Salta, Jujuy, and Catamarca provinces. Aldebaran shareholders will receive Centauri shares after an initial public offering or go-public transaction for Centauri in 2026.
